To be mindful, you must pay attention to the present moment. Mindfulness is an ongoing practice. Being mindful means you are aware of everything you are feeling, thinking, seeing, touching, smelling, tasting and hearing.
When we practice being mindful with all our senses, we are practicing being fully awake and are developing present “moment to moment awareness.” When we are fully present, we open up our senses and our minds to fully living and active learning!
